You agree (a) that has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.

Please request this refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. For all returns within the 30 day return period, eLuxurySupply will provide a prepaid return label, but the customer is responsible for fitting the item back into the box provided or finding a suitable box to send the item back in. eLuxurySupply will not be responsible for providing a second box for returns. We will take appropriate action via refund or replacement immediately upon receipt.
